About You
- Problem solving with minimal supervision while working closely with clients.
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
- Embrace and leverage our sophisticated technology to help you succeed.
- Promptly respond to leads, client messages, and other agents.
Requirements
- Currently Illinois-licensed agent, or in the process of getting licensed soon.
- Current driver's license, auto insurance, and GED or high-school diploma.
- Membership in local Board of Realtors and MLS required upon hire.
- Pass a credit and criminal background check to keep our team and clients safe.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication, client responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Handle customer leads responsibly, with care and respect.
- Closely attend to and service leads through to closing.
- List, stage, and show properties to clients.
- Enter listing data into our marketing systems.
